Make a film – make our day

The challenge is to make a film lasting 60 seconds!  All without leaving your house! That’s right you have just one minute to blow us away!   And you know you can do it!! 

It’s open to all and it’s free to enter.

 We set the theme – you make the film – we all enjoy the result.

Three steps to the challenge:

 You can interpret the theme in any way you choose. One rule: the film must be shot indoors!

 GO -                 You’re off!    You now have until midenight on Sunday 26th April to devise, shoot, edit and upload your film to your Vimeo or YouTube account  and email the link to 60secondfilmchallenge@gmail.com   

Films can be in any genre and you can shoot in any format - on a phone, a DSLR, a camcorder, whatever you have to hand.   

You could go for meaningful, be light-hearted or tell a story in these strange times.

Animation, Piece to Camera, Live Action, Drama, Documentary – You Choose.   It’s the quality of your ideas, composition, acting, framing, editing, sound, effects - these are what are what matter. Think lighting!

 THE RULES (not that many!)

1.                   Your finished film must be 60 seconds or less in length

2.                   Your film must follow the theme of the challenge

3.                   Your film must be suitable for screening to an audience equivalent to 12A classification

4.                   You must assert that you own the copyright to all the content in your film.

5.                   You must have permission from all those shown in the film for it to be screened as part of the STROUD FILM FESTIVAL
